What it is

The room, plus a private relationship

The Inner Circle starts with full Decision Circle membership: the group room, the monthly workshop, category exclusivity, the referral-partner network, and a standing board of peers. Then it adds the private layer.

You get direct, personal time with Christopher each month, and the full Validated OS suite is run with you in advisory sessions rather than simply handed over. Strategy, frameworks, and execution applied to your real decisions, with the research reaching you first as it forms.

If you want the room without the private relationship, the Decision Circle is the membership tier, by invitation. The Inner Circle is for when a decision is big enough to warrant private access on top of the room.

Inside the Inner Circle

What every member receives

Everything in the Decision Circle

The full membership: the group room, the monthly workshop, category exclusivity, the referral-partner network, and your standing board of peers. Inner Circle members are Decision Circle members first.

Private one-to-one sessions

Direct, personal time with Christopher each month. Bring the decision, leave with clarity. Scheduled around you, focused entirely on your work.

The full Validated OS suite, run with you

Not just access. Christopher runs the assessments, diagnostics, and frameworks with you in advisory sessions, on the decisions that actually matter.

Priority access between sessions

A direct line for what surfaces between meetings. Priority response, same-day where possible and never longer than 24 hours.

The research first, as it forms

Working papers, validator findings, and new instruments before they reach a wider audience. You see the work as it develops.

The network, at the highest tier

Category exclusivity and the referral-partner network carry over from the Decision Circle, alongside the private relationship that defines this tier.

Who this is for

The Inner Circle works best for one kind of leader

  • You make decisions that shape organizations, capital, or careers.

  • You have the authority to act on what surfaces, not just diagnose what is wrong.

  • You want a private thinking partner on top of the room, not instead of it.

  • You can name the parts of your judgment you suspect are not holding up.

The process

What happens after you apply

01

Submit your application

A short set of questions about what you are working on, who you are, and why this is the right next step. Specific is better than polished.

02

Discovery conversation

If your responses suggest fit, we schedule a 45-minute call. The purpose is mutual fit, not a sales pitch.

03

Begin, if mutual fit

Your first month begins after the call. Three-month commitment, then month-to-month. Stop with 30 days' notice.

Questions

What members ask before applying

How is this different from the Decision Circle?
The Decision Circle ($1,299/mo, six-month commitment, by invitation) is the room: group working sessions, the monthly workshop, category exclusivity, the referral-partner network, and core Validated OS access. The Inner Circle ($4,999/mo, three-month commitment then month-to-month, by application) is everything in that room, plus a private one-to-one relationship with Christopher and the full Validated OS suite run with you in advisory sessions. Inner Circle members are Decision Circle members with private access added on top.
What's the difference across all the offerings?
Two products and two memberships. The Workshop ($247, one time) hands you the framework, self-directed, to run on your own. A Gathering ($349, one of four open quarterly events, or a dinner, up to two per year) lets you meet the community as a guest. The Decision Circle ($1,299/mo) is full membership, by invitation and one member per category, with the members-only monthly roundtables. The Inner Circle ($4,999/mo) adds the private one-to-one relationship and the full Validated OS suite. Same destination throughout: clearer judgment and decisions you would make again. You are choosing how much room and how much private access the work in front of you warrants.
What kinds of decisions do members typically bring?
Capital allocation. M&A direction. Leadership transitions. AI and automation strategy. Board and investor positioning. Organizational redesign. The specific question matters less than this: the decision carries weight, and the cost of getting it wrong is real.
What actually happens in a private session?
Sessions adapt to what you bring. Sometimes you need a coach to help you see what you have been missing, and sometimes you need an advisor to tell you what they would actually do. The goal stays constant: a validated mind, and decisions you would make again tomorrow and the day after.
How small is small?
Intentionally limited. We do not publish the number, but the rate of acceptance is low and the rate of renewal is high, by design. The private relationship only works if Christopher has real bandwidth for each member.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
The real question is whether you are weighing a decision big enough that getting it right matters more than getting it fast. If you are not, start with the Workshop, come to a Gathering, or request a Decision Circle membership, and apply to the Inner Circle when the question gets bigger.

If you've read this far, you already know

The Inner Circle is small on purpose, and not every application moves forward. The room exists because the work is real. If that sounds like the right next step, the application is above.
